Crash and Smash Return Policy

 

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date. The purchase must be returned in re-saleable condition in the original packaging. Any returns after 30 days from the invoice date will be charged a 15% restocking fee based on the total amount of sale of the item. This does not include shipping.


All parts are checked and double packed prior to delivery. You have 48 hours from the time you receive your package to file a claim if your part is damage during shipping. Failure not to file will result in claim not being refunded.

The carrier must pick up original part in original packing, in order to ship out another package or to receive a refund or credit. Refunds and credits will not be issued until we have original package.

 

If the wrong item was shipped due to us (Crash and Smash), the incorrect item will be picked up and replaced with the correct item at no extra charge to the customer.


If the customer purchased the wrong item. (ex. ordering a left headlight when needing a right). We will reissue the correct item. Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees accrued to and from their delivery location in order to receive new part.

If you are having your part installed by a mechanic or dealership, please ensure upon receipt of item that the item is correct. Crash and Smash will not be held responsible for labor and shipping cost incurred or associated with incorrect purchase.

Canadian Residents:

Crash and Smash Auto Parts is not responsible for the duties and taxes on items shipped into Canada.
- The duties, taxes and Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the intended receiver.
- Canadian orders may take an additional amount of time for delivery due to customs clearance.
